Organic One has always followed organic farming principles but winemaker Frank Bonic has taken them into a new era to create the ultimate feel-good wines. Their taste is matched only by their charm.

The vines are nourished, supported and then allowed to flourish naturally.

No stimuli, no artificial fertilisers, no hormones, no nasty preservatives. Sounds like a miracle in itself but here, the most natural process creates the most exceptional, refined wine. Harvested by the moon, the vines produce wine to enliven the senses and elevate the spirit.

At his family’s 141ha property nestled along the Billabong Creek in Jerilderie, southern NSW, nature lives in perfect harmony.

From the majestic reeds swaying in the Billabong, to the plants that are left to grow wild among the vines, all life forms bring their own vitality to the wine.

And it is filled with life – to share, savour and celebrate the magic.
